| Drilling holes on your engraving machine is quite simple. Antares offers a spade drill configuration on all of our standard tool blanks. A spade drill is essentially a parallel cutter, which has a shallow point that allows the drill to center when it contacts the material. It is necessary to use a backing plate under the material being drilled since the point of the tool has to clear the bottom of the material. |
